1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.LegalStuff.ae (the “Website”) and all services provided through it by LegalStuff.ae, a brand operated by THE AMG FZ L.L.E (licensed in Fujairah Freezone) and its affiliates in the United Arab Emirates (“LegalStuff”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policies.
2. Service Description
LegalStuff.ae is an online platform that allows users to order legal document services including—but not limited to—Power of Attorney (POA) drafting and notarization, legal translations, HR contracts, Legal Notices and NDAs. While we facilitate document creation and coordination with licensed professionals, LegalStuff is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice.
3. Legal Status and Jurisdiction
LegalStuff.ae operates in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By using our Website and services, you agree that any disputes or claims arising from such use shall be governed by and interpreted under UAE law. All legal proceedings will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United Arab Emirates.
4. Payment and Refunds
We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED currency. Once a payment is successfully processed, clients will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Refunds are available under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. This policy applies to all services provided by LegalStuff.ae. Please be aware that refunds cannot be granted for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in government regulations, delays or rejections from notary offices, failures by third-party providers (such as translation or courier services), or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by the client.
All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Clients may request to cancel their order within 2 hours of submission by sending an email to hello@legalstuff.ae. To ensure the request is processed in time, clients must also notify us via WhatsApp immediately after sending the email. If the cancellation request meets the eligibility criteria, any applicable refund will be processed within 14 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on LegalStuff.ae—including but not limited to text, forms, graphics, logos, and pricing structures—is the exclusive intellectual property of LegalStuff.ae. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. No Legal Advice

At the client’s request, LegalStuff may facilitate connections with carefully vetted legal and notarial service providers. However, LegalStuff acts only as a referral platform and assumes no responsibility or liability for the advice given, actions taken, or results arising from any engagement with these external parties.

Please note that all services provided through LegalStuff.ae — including but not limited to Power of Attorney (POA), legal translations, legal notices, HR contracts, NDAs, and Wills/Testaments — are offered strictly on an informational and facilitative basis. LegalStuff.ae is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Any decisions or actions taken based on documents obtained through our platform, including eviction notices or legal templates, are made at your own discretion and risk. We do not accept liability for any consequences, inaccuracies, or procedural issues that may arise from the use of such documents. It remains the sole responsibility of the user to assess the relevance, accuracy, and legal sufficiency of the materials for their specific circumstances.

While we strive to serve our clients quickly and efficiently, we cannot guarantee exact completion timelines due to factors outside our control.
